Services at St Mary’s

These are the different services that we offer, see also the diary.

10.30am – Morning Worship

Every Sunday. This includes a service of Holy Communion on the first Sunday in the month, and is a Worship-For-All service on the third Sunday in the month. Our morning services last around an hour and have a mixture of traditional hymns and some modern songs, a time of confession, prayer, and a talk. Refreshments are served before (10.15 onwards) and after the service.

6.30pm – Evening Worship

A relatively informal service, with a slightly different emphasis on different Sundays. These services are often reflective in nature, with prayers and a talk, plus periods of worship in song led by a contemporary style worship band. Refreshments are served after the service.

Listen to recordings of previous talks.

12.30pm – Holy Communion

Every Wednesday. A short service, lasting around 30 minutes, including a short sermon. Followed by refreshments.
